Put the chicken wings in a large bag with all the spices and shake to season them well. Peel and cut the potatoes. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil in the bottom of a tray, add the potatoes and then distribute the wings.
If there are spices left in the bag, shake it well to get them into the tray. Add the beer and 1 cup of hot water, distribute the butter cubes on top and put it to bake in an oven heated to 356°F (180 °C).
