Boil the sliced meat and peeled and grated beets together in salted water. Boil the vermicelli separately in lightly salted water, then rinse it for a few seconds under running cold water. Drain the water from the meat and beets and grind them into pulp.
Add the vermicelli, tomato paste, mayonnaise, the whipped to snow cream and mix everything. Let the finished mixture sit for 10 minutes.
