How to cook
Beat the cream until fluffy. In a dish on the stove, heat the coconut milk in a water bath and mix it with powdered sugar to taste. Remove it from the heat and mix it with coconut flakes. If possible, instead of flakes, use small pieces of fresh coconut, chopped as finely as possible.
Crumble the chocolate in a separate container in a water bath and melt it with the butter. Stir and once homogenized, flavor with essence as desired. Remove the chocolate mixture and then homogenize it with the hot coconut mixture.
Allow it to cool completely and gently mix it with the beaten cream. Distribute the coconut cream into dessert bowls, make decorations as desired and let cool for 1 hour before serving.
