How to cook
Wash, dry and finely chop the dock. Add salt and mash with your hands. After staying like that for a bit, drain it of excess fluid. Fry the onion until slightly soft and add it to the dock.
Beat the eggs with the yoghurt, baking soda and flour until you get a thick cake batter and add the drained dock with the onions. Stir and season to taste with the savory, chopped parsley, add the crumbled feta cheese, a little more salt to taste if needed and flour for thickening.
Put the mixture in the freezer for 10 minutes. With wet or greased hands, grab from the dock mixture and form meatballs. Roll them in breadcrumbs and drop them to fry in preheated oil.
