Ingredients

  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • rice - 1 cup (250 g)
  • water - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • sugar - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to cook

Put the rice in boiling salted water and boil until soft. Add the milk, and after it comes to a boil, add the sugar.

Boil to thicken it, pour into bowls and sprinkle it with cinnamon. This rice pudding is best served cold.
