Ingredients

  • pickles - 1 cup, cut
  • butter - 5 - 6 tablespoons
  • flour - 2 tablespoons
  • vinegar - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 egg yolks
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Fry the flour in the butter, then add the vinegar and 1-2 cups hot water or broth.

Add the pickles, black pepper, mustard and salt to taste. Boil the sauce for 7-8 minutes, remove it from the heat, then thicken it with 2 egg yolks.

This sauce with pickles is suitable for all kinds of meat.
