  • chicken breasts - 1/2 package
  • pineapples - 1 cup, cut into cubes
  • lemon juice - freshly squeezed from 1 lemon
  • corn - 3 tablespoons sweet, canned
  • cream - 2 tablespoons
  • mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Boil the chicken in salted water and shred it up in a salad bowl. Add the chopped pineapple cubes, pre-soaked for 10 minutes in lemon juice.

Mix the salad with the corn and add the sauce made of the cream, mayonnaise and black pepper.
