- carrots - 2 1/2 cups (600 ml), juice
- yoghurt - 2 cups (500 g)
- black pepper
- apples - 10.5 oz (300 g)
Beat the yoghurt with the carrot juice and season it with salt and pepper.
Cut the apples into small cubes and add them to the soup.
