Put the meat to boil and remove the foam. Saute the onion, grated carrot, chopped tomato in a pan with oil and add a cup of warm water in which you have dissolved the tomato paste.
Remove the meat and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Add the raw and sauteed vegetables to the soup. Season with salt and pepper, boil for 30 more minutes.
Sprinkle it with parsley and lemon juice.
