How to cook
Clean the fish and wash it, cut it into portioned pieces, add salt, roll it in the flour and fry it in heated vegetable oil. Boil a marinade of the vinegar, water, salt and sugar and soon after it boils, throw in the pre-cleaned, washed and cut into 1″ (2.5 cm) pieces garlic.
After the marinade boils once again, remove the dish from the heat and leave it to cool. Drain the fully cooled garlic, place it in a suitable container and mix it with finely chopped dill and the fried fish.
You can serve the parboiled garlic in marinade without fish, sprinkled with butter and finely chopped dill.
