Ingredients

  • chicken - 16 oz (450 g) legs and breasts
  • onions - 1 small head
  • parsley - 5 - 6 sprigs
  • thyme - 1 tsp
  • worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon, or use soya sauce

Preparation

Grind the chopped onion, parsley and meat together until they turn into mince. To these, add the thyme, worcestershire sauce, pepper and salt.

Cover the ready mince with foil and press it with a rolling pin to spread it out. Using a hamburger patty ring, form burgers.

Preheat a grill pan on the stove and roast the burgers.
