Heat the oven to 356°F (180 °C). Smear custard cups with butter. Mix the flour with the sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix it with a mixer and while stirring continuously, add the milk. Mix it with the cream, fruit brandy and the liqueur. Shake and sprinkle it with a pinch of salt.
Remove the pits from the cherries and distribute them in the cream cups. Pour on the mixture on top. Bake for about 35 minutes or until you get a brown crust.
Remove and decorate with colored sugar or cherries.
