Ingredients

  • cornels - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • sugar - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • water - 8 1/3 cups (2 liters)
  • citric acid - 1 tsp (5 g)

Preparation

Boil the cornels in water until soft, then strain them. Boil the resulting juice with the sugar until thickened.
