How to cook
Wash the liver, strain it and cut it in pieces into a bowl. Add the coarsely chopped onion and spices. Sprinkle with oil and mix very well.
Place into an oven bag and tie it. Pierce the bag with a needle in several spots and place it in a tray on the middle element of a preheated oven.
Bake at 374°F (190 °C) for 30-40 minutes.
