Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 2 ripe
  • olives - 5 pitted
  • red onions - 1/2 head
  • parsley - 3 stalks
  • dill - 3 stalks
  • basil - a few leaves of fresh
  • garlic - 2 cloves pressed
  • oil - 2 - 3 tablespoon or olive oil
  • vinegar - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste

How to cook

Clean the vegetables and greens. In a salad bowl, chop the tomatoes coarsely and the olives – into circles.

Distribute separated thin red onion rings on the top and sprinkle with plenty of chopped greens - parsley, dill and fresh basil.

Add salt to taste and toss the salad. Mix the pressed garlic, oil and vinegar together and flavor the salad with the marinade.
