How to cook
Beat all the ingredients for the batter well and let it sit aside. Halve the bananas or cut them into smaller pieces if desired. Top them with the lemon juice.
Dip each piece in the batter and fry it to a nice tan in preheated oil. Separately, heat the honey a little and pour it over the fried bananas, sprinkle some sesame seeds and chopped nuts and serve.
Garnish with a scoop of ice cream.
