Chop the onions and carrots coarsely and sauté them with a little oil and water. Once they soften, add the tomato, the potatoes that have been diced into large cubes and the spices.
Add 1 cup (250 ml) warm water or broth and let stew for 5-10 minutes. Then transfer to a tray. Cut the sausages into pieces of the same length, fold them in half and fasten with toothpicks.
Bake at 356°F (180 °C) until browned. You will get about 4-5 servings.
