How to cook
Mix the egg with the oil, baking soda, orange zest and wine and start adding the sifted flour. Knead a soft dough, roll it out and shape it into rectangles, strips or circles as desired.
In the middles, put a little apricot jam and roll them up well and carefully. Arrange in a greased tray and bake until lightly tanned in a moderate oven.
If desired, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
