How to cook
Boil the rice in salted water in a ratio of 1:3. Drain it very well. Once cool, add 1 tablespoon butter, 1 egg, salt and black pepper to taste and knead. In 2 tablespoons butter, fry the finely chopped onion and sausage.
After removing from the fire, add the grated cheese / processed cheese, parsley and black pepper to taste. Make pitas from the rice mixture, place 1 teaspoon of the filling in the middles and then shape them into balls, making sure that the stuffing is evenly covered with rice.
Roll thus prepared balls in breadcrumbs. Place in a freezer for 10 minutes to harden and then fry in plenty of highly heated oil.
