Shape the dough into a ball, transfer it into a greased bowl and let it rest covered in a warm area for about 2 hours. Pour on a trickle of olive oil on top, and if desired, add a little basil. Put the pizza to bake to readiness in a moderately heated 356°F (180 °C) oven. Finally, remove, sprinkle it with plenty of cheese and return it to the oven for it to melt or get a golden tan - again, depends on your taste.
