  • water - 6 tablespoons, hot
  • white wine - 2 tablespoons
  • yeast - 3/4 tsp, dry
  • honey - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • flour - 1 cup (250 g), type 500
  • sour cream - 1 tablespoon
  • sausages - chorizo or other, to taste
  • ham - 5.5 oz (150 g), or bacon
  • peppers - 1 green
  • red onions - 1/2 head
  • pineapples - 2 round slices, canned, drained
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g), grated

Mix the wine, water and yeast in a bowl and add the honey, olive oil and salt. Stir well with a whisk. Add the flour and gradually knead a smooth dough, if necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons of water.

Shape the dough into a ball, transfer it into a greased bowl and let it rest covered in a warm area for about 2 hours. Roll out the layer to about 11 3/4″ (30 cm), smear it with cream and sprinkle a little salt. On top, arrange round slices of sausage, strips of ham, strips of peppers, thin crescents of onion, sliced pineapple, and you can adjust the quantities according to your taste.

Pour on a trickle of olive oil on top, and if desired, add a little basil. Put the pizza to bake to readiness in a moderately heated 356°F (180 °C) oven. Finally, remove, sprinkle it with plenty of cheese and return it to the oven for it to melt or get a golden tan - again, depends on your taste.
