Ingredients

  • chocolate - 9 oz (250 g) natural
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • essence - a few drops of vanilla or other by choice

Preparation

Heat the milk to boiling in a container in a water bath. Add the crushed chocolate and stir until everything is homogenized.

Remove the ready chocolate syrup and flavor it with the essence. Use it for cakes, pastries, creams and cocktails.
