How to cook
Beat the eggs and egg yolks with the sugar until you get a smooth cream. While stirring, add the liquid cream and honey, soft drink, a pinch of salt and the flour sifted with the baking powder and cinnamon.
Stir the mixture well and pour it in a greased and floured form. Put the egg cake to bake in a moderately heated oven at 356°F (180 °C) for about half an hour. Check its readiness with a toothpick.
Allow it to cool and remove from the form. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar if desired.
