- oil - 1 tablespoon + some for frying
- salt - 1 pinch
- black pepper
- carbonated water - 4 tablespoons or beer
- flour - 1 cup, sifted
- parsley - 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
How to cook
Mix a batter from the products listed. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into slices 1/2″ (1 cm) thick.
Dip them in the batter and fry them in boiling oil. This garnish is best served with grilled and fried meat, deep fried feta cheese or cheese.
