How to cook
Beat 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) of cream in 4/5 cup (200 ml) milk or water. Cut the bananas into rings. Smear the first cake layer with cream and arrange pieces of bananas on top.
Then put the second layer on. Syrup it with milk, sugar syrup or a compote by choice. Smear this layer with cream and banana pieces as well.
Add the third layer, syrup and smear it with cream on top and on the sides. Decorate the cake as desired.
