How to cook

Slice the baguette into thin slices and the mozzarella into round slices. On each bread slice, place a mozzarella slice.

At the very top, place 1-2 fillets of anchovies and end with a slice of tomato. Arrange thus prepared slices in a buttered baking dish.

Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for 5-7 minutes.
