How to cook
Boil the spaghetti in salted water. Mix the minced meat with the egg, crumbled feta cheese and bread, previously soaked in milk and then drained. Season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Form small balls, roll them in breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the meatballs. Drain them on paper towels. In another pan, heat 2-3 spoons of oil and fry the garlic cloves with the spicy paprika. Remove the garlic and add the peeled and sliced tomatoes.
Let the sauce boil and add the meatballs, then salt and black pepper. The sauce needs to boil for about 30 minutes on a medium stove. Distribute the spaghetti into plates and pour on the sauce and add the meatballs. Serve with grated parmesan.
