Beat the eggs with the sugar until white. Add the flour and baking powder, then the oil, water and vanilla.

Stir with a wooden spoon and pour it into a cake form, oiled and lightly floured. Bake the cake at 356°F (180 °C) and optionally sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
