  • flour - 2 cups (500 g)
  • water - 2/3 cup (150 g) cool
  • salt - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • sesame seeds - for sprinkling


Sift the flour, make a well and add the salt in it. Gradually, pour in cool water and knead the dough well.

From it, form round bagels with holes. Arrange them in a lightly greased baking tray, brush them lightly with a little oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and put them to bake up to a nice tan.
