How to cook
Cut the chicken into small oblong fillets. Sprinkle them in a suitable container with salt, pepper, soya sauce, lemon juice and a little olive oil. Put the lid on and leave to marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator, shaking the container numerous times.
Preheat oil for the crumbing, first roll each chicken fillet in breadcrumbs, then in whisked eggs and plenty of sesame. Fry until ready and then drain them on paper towels or a cooking grid.
Serve with fresh vegetables and soya sauce.
