How to cook
Beat the egg yolks to a smooth cream and successively add in the milk, cream, sugar to taste, water. Put the mixture on low heat to thicken without letting it boil.
Add the vanilla and ground oatmeal, then leave to cool completely. Beat the egg whites to snow and gently mix them with the cream. Let the mixture freeze in the freezer.
Serve in scoops in a carved out orange.
