Boil the spaghetti according to the package's directions and drain it. At the same time, put a casserole on the stove with the wine to boil and wait until it is reduced.
Then, using a whisk, add and stir in a pinch of sugar and salt, a spoon of jam, balsamic vinegar, mustard and olive oil to it. In a moment, remove the sauce and add pepper to taste. Mix spaghetti into the prepared sauce.
Serve a plate of spaghetti, add diced mozzarella and tomato slices. Sprinkle it with fresh or dried basil and serve the spaghetti with mozzarella.
