How to cook
Put the minced turkey meat in a bowl and knead it with the salt, black pepper, worcestershire sauce, ricotta cheese and mustard. Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape a burger the size of a pita from each.
Preheat a grill pan on the stove, in which you have put some oil. Put the burgers to fry, then reduce the heat. When ready, they will unstick from the grill on their own.
Be careful not to tear them while flipping them. Garnish the burgers with tomato and lettuce.
