Ingredients

  • snails - 12.5 oz (350 g) cleaned meat from the shells
  • butter - 1/5 cup (65 g)
  • garlic - a few cloves
  • paprika - sweet and spicy to taste
  • black pepper
  • salvia - 1 tablespoon
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons

How to cook

Put the cleaned snail meat to boil in a pressure cooker. Remove and let it cool. Melt the butter and mix it with all the spices and garlic well.

Put the snails into a tray and top them with the seasoned butter. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on and mix. Put the tray into a highly heated oven to bake the snails to a nice tan.
