Boil the noodles "al dente" for 4-5 min, while stirring constantly. Remove and allow them to drain. In a deep frying pan or pot, heat oil and fry the already boiled and diced chicken meat in it for 1-2 minutes.
Take out the meat and in the same oil, fry the cabbage, cut into strips. Add the mixture of spices (sugar, dry sherry, glutamate, soya sauce) to the cabbage, add the chicken meat too and stir the mixture for another 1-2 minutes.
Once the cabbage softens, add the broth and boil for 10 minutes. When ready, distribute the noodles in plates and pour on boiling soup.
