How to cook
Fry the onions, garlic and carrot in preheated oil and add the lentils with about 3-4 cups water. Bring to a boil. Boil until the lentils soften slightly, then add the tomatoes, salt and 1 teaspoon of paprika.
Allow to boil completely and add the chopped nettle with the chopped parsley. Turn off the heat and let the nettle with lentils simmer with the stove off.
