How to cook
Clean the strawberries and cut them if needed. Sprinkle them with a little sugar and cinnamon to taste. Allow to marinate while you prepare the cream.
In a bowl, mix the two types of yoghurt, the cottage cheese, cream with a few tablespoons of milk and beat very well with a mixer until the mixture becomes smooth. Add the vanilla, grated orange zest, honey and beat well again.
Start pouring the cream into suitable dessert bowls, alternating with the marinated strawberries. Put the cream in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
