Ingredients

  • corn - 1 2/3 cups (400 g) frozen
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • butter - 1/5 cup (70 g)
  • dill - optional

Preparation

Place the frozen corn in a steamer basket. You can use a colander, preferably a metal one. Put the basket in a container of boiling water, which it must not touch on the sides.

Close everything with the lid and boil the corn for 10-15 minutes. Transfer everything into a bowl and mix it with the salt, pepper to taste, vinegar, oil and a little chopped fresh dill.
