How to cook
Clean the okra and boil it in vinegar water. Cut it into rings and the onions and garlic finely. Then fry everything (except the garlic) for 2-3 minutes in oil.
Sprinkle it with curry and salt it. Add the garlic, fry for 1 min, and add the rice. Once the rice turns glassy, add a cup of warm water.
Fill the peppers with the prepared stuffing. Arrange them in a greased oven dish, add water halfway up to them.
Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven.
