How to cook
Cut the cleaned broad beans finely and parboil for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Throw away the water.
Saute the chopped onion with salt in the oil. Add the beans, saute for 10-15 minutes, then add the paprika and tomatoes. Let the dish simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add 2 cups of hot water, add the green plums and leave on low heat.
When the dish is ready, add the flour, mixed in a little cold water, the parsley and dill and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
Serve with yoghurt or crushed garlic with vinegar.
