How to cook
Boil the washed potatoes in water with drops of vinegar but not for too long. Then drain, cool, and cut them into thick slices lengthwise. For the marinade, mix together all the spices, add the olive oil and some beer so you get a thick paste.
Roll each potato evenly in a little marinade. Allow the marinated potatoes to sit for 20 minutes in a covered dish. Then, put them on a heated and greased grill.
Roast to a nice tan and smother in the container.
