How to cook
Mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt, ketchup and mustard, and soak the chopped chicken fillets, that you have sprinkled with salt, black pepper and marjoram, in this dressing for 30 minutes. Heat a little oil in a pan, drain the fillets a little and fry them.
Cut the cauliflowers, lettuce, radish and mix them in a bowl. Soak the carrots in the dressing and add them to the salad. Top with the chicken fillets, salt and pour on olive oil and lemon juice to taste.
Serve with a little grated parmesan cheese if desired.
