Warm up the lemonade. Dissolve the yeast in the lemonade and knead a dough from the products (excluding the butter and 1 egg yolk), then divide it into three balls. Roll them out.
Melt the butter and divide it into three parts. Coat the layers and place them on top of each other. Roll them out into a larger layer and roll it up.
Wind the roll into a snail shell and place in greased oven dish. Allow to rise. Daub with the beaten yolk, sprinkle it with sesame seeds and bake.
