Ingredients

  • offal - 10.5 oz (300 g) pork liver
  • pork - 10.5 oz (300 g) of breast meat
  • onions - 1/2 head
  • eggs - 2 egg yolks, hard - boiled
  • butter - 1 tablespoon
  • black pepper - ground
  • nutmeg - grated to taste
  • salt - to taste

How to cook

Cut the liver and pork into small pieces, put them to boil, drain and grind them.

Combine the pork with the chopped onions, hard-boiled egg yolks, butter and spices in a blender or food processor and blend until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Serve this pâté smeared on toast.
