Boil the beans, taking care so they don't completely cook. Prepare a thick batter of flour and eggs. Add a little salt and lots of finely chopped dill and parsley to it.
Take out the beans, drain off the liquid and drop each bean into the batter mixture. From there, grab them with a spoon and place them in highly preheated oil. Remove the fried beans from the oil with a slotted spoon.
Serve warm. Optionally, top with a suitable sauce.
