Ingredients

  • onions - 2 heads
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • walnuts - 2/5 cup (100 g), ground
  • bread - 3.5 oz (100 g) dry, white
  • oil - 5 tablespoons
  • yoghurt - 3 tablespoons
  • salt
  • vinegar - to taste

Preparation

Peel the cloves of garlic and crush them with salt. Add the walnuts, mashing once again. Add the bread, soaked in water and squeezed out.

Beat, add a little vegetable oil until you get a smooth mixture. Add the yoghurt.

Season the mixture to taste with salt and vinegar, stir and pour into a suitable bowl or plate.
