- ricotta - 17.5 oz (500 g)
- eggs - 6
- sugar - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
- lemon zest
Whip the eggs with the sugar well. Add the ricotta and grate the zest on.
Beat the mixture well once again. Pour it into a form. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180 °C) for 30-40 minutes.
