How to cook
Preheat the oven to 356°F (180 °C) and grease a tray. Sift the flour and knead it with the butter, water and a pinch of salt. Cover it and put it in the fridge. For the cream, beat the milk, powdered sugar, egg yolks and corn flour.
Spread the ready dough in the tray, covering the walls, and if you have any left over on top, cut it along the edges. Add the cream inside and put the tart to bake for about 40-45 minutes. Remove the tart and add the blueberries, mixed ahead of time with a little cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs and a little sugar.
Put it back to crisp for 10 minutes in the oven. Leave the finished tart with blueberries to cool and then put it in the refrigerator to set.
Optionally, serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
