How to cook
Cut the chicken into pieces and sauté them in the oil. Sauté the finely chopped onions and cut carrots in the same oil after removing the meat.
Once the carrots become tender, add the peas and season them with paprika and black pepper. Add 1 cup of hot water and return the chicken to the dish. Allow to simmer until the meat becomes soft.
Add salt and after removing from the heat, sprinkle it with freshly chopped parsley.
