Ingredients

  • beans - 2 cups (500 g) ripe
  • onions - 1 head
  • eggs - 3 hard - boiled
  • cream - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • sugar
  • vinegar
  • paprika
  • salt

How to cook

Boil the beans that you've soaked for one day in cold water in the same water. Strain and mix with a mixture of vinegar, sugar and salt.

Decorate with an onion chopped into thin pieces. Beat the yolks with the cream, pour it over the beans, sprinkle them with paprika and finely chopped egg whites.
