Pickled Gherkins in Marinade
- gherkins - in the desired quantity
- black pepper - 1 - 2 packets, peppercorns
- cloves - 10 buds
- dill - 1 - 2 bunches
- onions - small heads
- FOR THE Marinade
- water - 10 parts
- vinegar - 4 parts
- salt - 1 part
- sugar - 1 part
Measure out the right amount of marinade you will need to fill the jars. The water needs to be 10 parts of the total amount of liquid, the vinegar – 4 parts; salt – 1 part; sugar - 1 part.
Boil the ingredients for the marinade for a few minutes in a container on the stove. Fill the jars tightly and put in cleaned onion slices, a few peppercorns, 1 clove grain and sprigs of dill in each.
Close the jars and sterilize them for about 5-6 minutes.
